• Capricciosa — the "a bit of everything" pizza in the Italian tradition.
• Bacon — smoky, salty, satisfying.
• Pepperoni — the spicier cousin of salami; a bar-food legend for a reason.
• Altonno — tuna and onion; beloved by our Scandinavian regulars.
