Honest answer: not always. We happily take walk-ins, and plenty of evenings you'll be seated straight away. But Side old town gets lively, and there are certain windows where reserving ahead is the smart move — especially if you're a group, you want a specific spot, or you're coming during a peak hour. A quick reservation removes the only stressful part of a night out: standing at the door hoping there's room.

Evenings are the natural rush. Dinner service fills up as the old town comes alive, so if you're planning to arrive around prime dinner time, a booking is the safest bet. Our daily Happy Hour runs 19:00–20:00 on selected drinks, which pulls in an early-evening crowd — a lovely time to be here, and exactly the kind of window where a reserved table pays off. A couple of our showpiece dishes are cooked to order for two people, so they're best requested ahead rather than sprung on the kitchen mid-service.
