• Sharing is structural — meze, mixed grills, passed plates: Turkish dinner is a group activity, not parallel eating.

Tired? Pizza. Celebrating? Turkish. Kids melting? Pizza (theirs), Turkish (yours — see below). First week? Turkish; the pizza craving keeps. Last night? Turkish, non-negotiable — you will regret the safe choice from the departure lounge.
