One honest thing up front: we are a proper wood-fire and charcoal-grill kitchen, not a fast-food chain. Everything is cooked to order, so "quick" here means a genuine, freshly made plate that arrives without a long wait — not a pre-wrapped burger under a heat lamp. The fastest real dishes to order

If the clock is your priority, order from this short list:

Pork is available only on request, prepared in a separate area with dedicated equipment. Do note that Hawaii is also a bar: we serve alcohol, including 30+ cocktails, with a Happy Hour from 19:00–20:00, so we're not an alcohol-free venue.
