We've been here since 2000, open every single day from 10:00 to 02:00. That means a morning cappuccino before the ruins get busy, an afternoon latte when the sun is high, or an espresso to keep you going into the evening — all from the same kitchen and bar that locals and returning guests have trusted for years.

Our machine-coffee line-up is simple and honest — the classics done properly:

• Espresso — a short, strong single shot for a quick lift.
• Double Espresso — twice the shot when one won't do.
• Cappuccino — espresso topped with steamed, foamed milk.
• Coffee Latte — a milkier, smoother cup for a relaxed sit-down.
• Coffee Americano — espresso lengthened with hot water, closest to a long black.

Coffee, but also a proper meal

Plenty of guests come in for coffee and stay for lunch or dinner — and that's rather the point. Alongside the machine, we run a wood-fire and charcoal grill, so you can pair your espresso with a proper cooked meal rather than just a pastry. All our meat and chicken are halal (halal slaughter), and we're a genuinely family-friendly spot in the heart of the old town. We are also a bar, so alcohol is served — that's how the Irish and Baileys coffees are possible — but the food side stays halal-meat throughout. Pork is only prepared on request, in a separate area with its own dedicated equipment.

If sport is your thing, we show live football, the Premier League, the Champions League, Formula 1 and hockey, so a coffee can easily turn into a match and a bite. Being right by the ruins, we're also a handy restaurant near the ancient Side harbour, and we're an English-speaking restaurant in Side — so ordering your latte exactly how you like it is never a problem.
