The bar at Hawaii Restaurant & Bar runs a list of thirty-plus cocktails, shaken since 2000, with a karaoke stage waiting when the courage arrives.

• Hawaii Special & Hawaii Martini — the bar's own creations; ask what is in them and the answer starts with a smile.
• Frozen twisters & daiquiris — mango, kiwi-strawberry, pineapple; blended cold for hot Side nights.

Mojito (and raspberry mojito), Pina Colada, Margarita, Cosmopolitan, Long Island Ice Tea, Sex on the Beach, Tequila Sunrise, Moscow Mule, Espresso Martini, White & Black Russian, Cuba Libre — the whole canon, made with named spirits from the import shelf (Absolut, Bacardi, Gordon's, Captain Morgan, Cointreau, Kahlua, Baileys…).
